We use Red Boat 40 N Fish sauce in our Thai curry and Vietnamese Beef dishes.  It is so clean, it only has anchovies and sea salt as their ingredients!  Asian food just isn't the same without it.  We are committed to having "clean", simple and minimally processed ingredients in our meals!  You can taste the difference!
